Refining a new brand for a healthcare leader
The AskFollowing a comprehensive rebrand, Mayo Clinic turned to McGuffin to build out an initial design exploration into a broad set of guidelines and templates that would allow anyone — from internal teams to outside vendors — to execute print materials in a consistent fashion, ensuring a cohesive face for the health system’s brand. The client also tapped us to create several marketing pieces drawing on those guidelines.
The AnswerMcGuffin developed style guides that covered everything from print projects — brochures, fliers, posters, banners, advertising — as well as a dedicated PowerPoint style guide. The guide gave guidance on everything from fonts to colors to spacing and more. At the same time, Mayo Clinic asked us to create brochures for their concierge and international health programs, out-home-marketing as well as an internal, onsite campaign encouraging employees to share their innovations and ideas.
