For full-time employees, McGuffin offers:

Remote status

McGuffin, like everyone in the world, went remote during the pandemic. We were loving it and crushing it so much we decided to keep doing it! Needless to say, you should be very comfortable working from home and must be available M-F during business hours, Central Time.

We also offer an optional schedule to all employees to take every other Friday off by working extended on-days. Work/accountability is a priority, however. McGuffin will provide all necessary technology for a remote work set up; bring your own wifi.
