A cohesive identity and clarified service offerings for a staffing firm.
Personnel Staffing Group chose McGuffin to revamp its positioning, identity, website and collateral materials to eliminate confusion among its service lines and develop a more powerful presence in the crowded staffing arena. We shifted their overall identity to the name MVP (Most Valuable Personnel), which was already one of its divisions, and focused on a strategy of reducing staffing stress for clients.
Starting with the positioning/tagline, “All in a day’s work,” we developed a bold but friendly logo and color palette, and incorporated a crisp, straightforward copy tonality. In addition, we created a library of 1,000+ original photos of real people working and micro-detail shots of the “nuts and bolts” of the workplace.
