Bringing even more BMO to the heart of downtown Toronto.

OPPORTUNITY

BMO came to McGuffin to help communicate both its brand and the roll-out of its new InvestorLine iPad® app. Seeking to make a big splash with a dramatic point-of-sale installation, they gave us the perfect location: the bank’s newly renovated branch at First Canadian Place, a prominent, high-traffic destination in the center of downtown Toronto.

SOLUTION

With lots of window area to work with, we decided to utilize clings featuring BMO’s red “brand circles,” containing messages targeted to customers who wanted to stay up-to-the-minute on their investments. We juxtaposed that messaging over a screened-back city skyline graphic, varying the sizes of the text circles to provide a different experience at varying distances. The installation was so well-received, we soon followed up with a similar wrap and lobby POS to promote BMO’s Savings Builder Account.
